Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pliq AI (“Pliq”, “the platform”), operated by The Candid Store LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pliq.

Pliq is an AI-powered platform that helps you create and launch digital products including market research, ebooks, sales pages, and ad scripts.

Pliq is a tool — output quality depends on your inputs and how you use the generated content. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or sales.

You are responsible for your account security. One account per person — do not share credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pliq offers monthly subscription plans at various price points, each with different feature limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Current plan details and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and billing dashboard. Plans, pricing, and included limits may change — existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price increase affects their account.

Unused plan allowances do not roll over between billing periods.

One-time add-on purchases are available for additional feature usage and Sparks.

Purchased add-ons and Sparks persist until used — they do not expire monthly. Costs and availability are displayed at the point of purchase within the platform.

Published pages are hosted on Pliq's domain. Each plan has a limit on the number of pages you can have live at once.

If you change to a plan with fewer page slots, you will have 7 days to choose which pages to keep. After that, excess pages will be automatically taken offline.

Upon cancellation, pages remain live until the end of your billing period, then go offline. We reserve the right to take down any page that violates our acceptable use policy.

Pliq is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific business outcomes.

We are not responsible for revenue, profits, or losses resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We are not liable for actions taken by third-party services we integrate with.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Significant changes to pricing or features: 30 days advance notice to active subscribers. Updated terms: continued use constitutes acceptance.

Contact support first — we prefer informal resolution.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law. You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Pliq.

When you publish a page, Pliq collects visitor analytics (views, clicks, scroll, time, device, source) to power your dashboard.

If you configure third-party tracking pixels, you are responsible for compliance with those platforms' policies and applicable privacy laws. Include appropriate privacy disclosures on your pages if required by law.

If you believe content on a Pliq-hosted page infringes your intellectual property, contact support@getpliq.ai.

We will investigate and may remove infringing content. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
